PaveCoat Cure & Seal is a solvent-based, acrylic penetrating concrete sealer designed for “same day” application and promotes curing on green and freshly poured concrete to ensure surface hardness, colour retention and durability.

For freshly paved concrete surfaces
PaveCoat Cure & Seal is a penetrating, solvent-based, acrylic concrete sealer designed for “same day” application. PaveCoat Cure & Seal can be applied directly to green curing concrete which will assist in water retention and improve cure strength.
PaveCoat Cure & Seal should not have a gloss finish. Should a gloss finish be required, apply an additional coat of PaveCoat.

Preparation
PROVIDING THAT the concrete surface is firm and resistant to light foot traffic, PaveCoat Cure & Seal can be applied. Ensure the surface is clean and not saturated with moisture.
NOTE: PaveCoat Cure & Seal assists in moisture retention to improve the concrete curing process, next day sealing with this product IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
If same-day sealing is not practical, Nutech Paint recommends allowing the new concrete surface a minimum of 7 days cure prior to application*. PaveCoat is the recommended sealer.
Refer to the relevant TDS for appropriate preparation and application instructions.
*Subject to weather, temperature, concrete strength and other factors.
In winter, concrete will remain cold and wet on the surface for up to 7 days. Sealing of this surface, in these conditions with PaveCoat Cure & Seal IS NOT recommended.
Equipment
Airless Spray, Roller or Brush
Conditions
10°C to 30°C ambient, dry conditions.
Do not apply if; Rain is likely within 12 hours, it is late in the day or early in the morning. Failure to observe these directions can result in coating damage and surface clouding.
Application
PaveCoat Cure & Seal has been developed for Same Day Sealing (Including slate or stenciled concrete) PROVIDING THAT the concrete surface is firm and resistant to light foot traffic.

Warnings
Do not apply PaveCoat Cure & Seal late in the day or early in the morning. Sealer affected by moisture loses gloss and may appear milky.
PaveCoat Cure & Seal contains flammable solvents and suitable safety precautions must be taken during handling and application.
- Ensure adequate ventilation at all times when applying the sealer. Avoid contact with Naked flames, Sparks, Pilot lights and other sources of ignition.
- Avoid contact with Eyes and Skin
Safety Precautions
PaveCoat Cure & Seal is highly flammable and skin contact should be avoided.
