NXT AquaGuard

NXT AquaGuard is a solvent-free, water-based, high build, nanotechnology, modified organic polymer system, developed specifically as an exterior grade 100% waterproofing membrane.

TileFlex

Tileflex is an innovative, nanotechnology modified acrylic polymer coating designed to substantially lower surface friction to significantly reduce dirt retention and ultimately, aide in the self-cleaning ability of the coating.

Flexi Shield

Flexi-Shield. Innovative, nanotechnology modified acrylic polymer coating formulated specifically as a refinishing system for weathered, old coated metal roofing, guttering, metal fences and metal façade cladding.

NuFlex

NuFlex is a fine particle size, wet adhesion promoted acrylic emulsion coating for cement and roof tiles and all masonry surfaces. Its technically advanced formula and 100% acrylic resin guarantees maximum durability.

NXT Cool Zone is an advanced development of Nutech Paint’s 45+ years’ experience in developing and manufacturing coating technology. Heat reflective, setting new standards in roof coating performance.

NXT E-Zone

NXT e-Zone is an interior heat barrier coating, formulated to be sprayed onto the underside of roofs. This easy to apply coating creates an effective barrier stopping up to 77% of the radiant energy heat transfer into the attic space.

NXT AquaGuard is a solvent-free, water-based, high build, nanotechnology, modified organic polymer system, developed specifically as an exterior grade 100% waterproofing membrane.

Primers

Elite Terracota Prime

Elite Terracotta Primer is a water-based, solvent-free primer specifically developed with superior adhesion enhancing properties for raw uncoated, glazed or vitrified terracotta roof tiles and is to be used in conjunction with the Nutech range of exterior durable roof coating products.

SupaPrime

SupaPrime is a water-based, nano-technology modified polymer primer. Designed to thoroughly wet and penetrate difficult surfaces, such as powdery oxidised roof tiles. SupaPrime will strengthen and stabilise the inter-coat bond of the difficult surface for use with the range of Nutech Paint roof coating systems.

GP Primer

GP Primer is a water-based acrylic, adhesion promoting general-purpose primer designed to improve the bond between a wide range of roof surfaces including smooth, glossy and rough cement roof tiles. Due to its high solids content, GP Primer is ideally suited as a filler coat on very rough cement tiles, improving the appearance of all Nutech topcoat systems.

Master Sealer

Master Sealer is a water-based acrylic, adhesion promoting primer and sealer designed for very porous exposed roof tiles and masonry surfaces. It has excellent weatherproofing, adhesion and durability performance. Surfaces primed with Master Sealer and top coated with a suitable Nutech system perform exceptionally under conditions of hot, cold and wet weather.

Metal Primer

Anti-Corrosion Water-Based primer for metal surfaces. Metal Primer is a water-based acrylic primer that exhibits exceptional adhesion and protection to a range of metal surfaces. Metal Primer is anti-corrosive and suitable for new and weathered galvanised and metal sheeting included coated sheeted roofs.

Asbestos Sealer

The application of an asbestos sealer prevents dusting and deterioration of asbestos sheeting, protecting adjacent environments from the risk of asbestos fibre contamination.

NuPrime

NuPrime is an acrylic primer designed to promote a good inter-coat bond on powdery, unstable roof tiles. Its advanced formula is designed to create a stable surface for all Nutech exterior durable roof coating products.

MaxiPoint

Permanent Pointing Every Time Maxi Point is a viscous, ready to use roof pointing mortar that is easy to use and very durable. Maxi Point is available in a range of colours to suit new and renovated roofs.
