Introducing NuPrime: The Ultimate Solution for Powdery Roof Tiles and Concrete Surfaces.

NuPrime is an acrylic primer meticulously engineered to promote excellent inter-coat bonding, ensuring a stable and durable surface for various applications.

Powdery roof tiles are a common problem many homeowners face. Thankfully, NuPrime is specifically designed to tackle this issue head-on. By applying NuPrime as a primer, you can effectively combat the powdery nature of roof tiles, creating a solid foundation for subsequent coatings. This advanced formula enhances the adhesion between coats and prepares the surface for NuTech’s wide range of durable exterior roof coating products.

NuPrime’s versatility extends beyond roof tiles. It is also highly recommended as a primer for concrete sports surfaces in the NuCourt range. Whether you’re designing a basketball court, tennis court, or any other sports facility, NuPrime is your go-to primer. Its exceptional adhesion properties ensure that the subsequent coatings in the NuCourt range adhere securely to the concrete surface, resulting in a resilient and professional-grade finish.

The benefits of using NuPrime are numerous. Firstly, its fast-drying formula saves you valuable time during the coating process, allowing for the efficient completion of your projects. Additionally, NuPrime promotes inter-coat adhesion, ensuring that each layer bonds seamlessly, resulting in a robust and long-lasting coating. Regardless of the weather conditions, NuPrime’s weatherproof nature ensures your surfaces remain protected, maintaining their integrity and appearance over time.

Ease of application is another key advantage of NuPrime. Its user-friendly formulation makes applying easy. Furthermore, the primer exhibits excellent penetration capabilities, even through oxidized powdery tile surfaces. NuPrime can penetrate and stabilize even the most challenging surfaces, providing a solid foundation for subsequent coatings.

Application Guide

Avoid mist-spraying Nu-Prime on hot tiles to prevent flash surface drying.

Coat in cooler weather conditions or pre-wet the roof with cold water to reduce the surface temperature in very hot weather. The addition of several litres of water to 20 litres of Nu-Prime in very hot weather is recommended to assist penetration and reduce the potential for flash surface drying.

Flood apply the coating onto the tile to maximise the penetration.
